This waiver and release agreement is intended to protect the event organizers from liability related to participation in the activity. By signing, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved and voluntarily accept responsibility for those risks.
Acknowledgment of Risk:
Participants understand that involvement in soccer activities and events may include risks such as physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or, in rare cases, death.
Release of Liability:
By signing this agreement, participants release and waive any claims against Klicsports, its organizers, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and partners for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation.
Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, demands, legal actions, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from participation in the event.
Medical Authorization:
Participants authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary during the event and accept full responsibility for any medical costs or related expenses incurred.
Age and Voluntary Participation:
The participant confirms they are at least 18 years of age, or that a parent/legal guardian has signed on their behalf, and acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that they fully understand the terms of this agreement.
Severability:
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
